Colour choices and custom text will be collected when you add the item to cart. If you choose more colours than it’s stated for the design, it will be up to our discretion to choose the colours for you.

For delivery slot, please choose the one that is approximately one hour before the start of your event as the lifespan of helium balloons is typically 3-4 hours.
